What You’ll Do Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs. Oversee the implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers. Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment). Supervise candidates pursuing BCBA certification on a weekly basis. Perform other typical BCBA activities as required. Requirements Master’s degree. Active BCBA certification (required). Initiate state licensure process prior to start date (if required). Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Maintain a clean background/drug screening and driving record.
