Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Variable Days | 8-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $45 - $52/hr

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Speech Therapist for an exciting Contract opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities.

• Document therapy services, patient progress, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise strategies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist License required.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCC-SLP preferred.

• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
