Therapy Technician - Long Island City Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Therapy Technician to join the team at our Cityview location in Long Island City. Job Requirements Support patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment and materials, and performing procedures under direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist. Execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service. Demonstrate a collaborative spirit that fosters a community environment for patients and team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous customer service experience. Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task. Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow. Lifting: routinely handle loads of 5-35 pounds from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, and shoulder to overhead. Carrying: routinely load 5-10 pounds for 40-50’.
