Our organization is a physician-led multispecialty group with over 650 providers, currently looking for a full-time general orthopedic surgeon to become part of a thriving orthopedic practice located in Fruitland, Idaho. This practice is bolstered by the expertise of two Orthopedic Sports Medicine specialists and three Advanced Practice Providers. The standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, encompassing at least 32 hours of patient interaction weekly, along with procedures, rounding, consultations, and general orthopedic emergency department call.

Support: The hospital offers comprehensive imaging services, featuring a 24/7 radiology department that provides in-house coverage for general radiology and CT scans. Additional after-hours support is available for ultrasound and nuclear medicine, as well as MRI services. The facility also includes a Comprehensive Breast Center and advanced digital radiography image capture technology.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.

• Completion of an accredited residency program.

• Board certification from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) is required, or the candidate must obtain it within three years.

• Must secure medical licensure in Idaho and Oregon, along with privileges at SAMC-Ontario and SAMC-Nampa.

• Possession of a valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA.

• Must be willing to participate in general orthopedic call duties.
