Role Overview

As a Facil- Clinical Quality II, you will lead and collaborate on complex projects with interdisciplinary teams, including senior administrators, nursing, and medical leaders. Your role is critical in guiding implementation plans, acting as a consultant on regulatory and quality issues, and designing educational programs to meet safety and quality goals. You'll work with minimal supervision, driving initiatives that enhance patient care and system-wide outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Lead or co-lead large system teams to implement quality and safety initiatives.
• Act as a consultant or facilitator on regulatory, disease certification, patient safety, and quality issues.
• Design and deliver educational programs to assist employees, physicians, and leadership in meeting safety and quality goals.
• Assist with the design and supervision of graduate students' quality and safety projects.
• Guide implementation plans and provide direction to others as a change agent.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Care Plus, email, and Internet navigation.

Preferred

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Two years of project management and/or process improvement experience.
