Description
Stevens Industries, Inc. a world-class manufacturer of wood and laminated products is seeking an Electrical Engineer to improve and support the automated equipment in our Teutopolis manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on engineering role involving PLC programming, robotic systems, equipment integration, and troubleshooting on the production floor.What you'll do
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, drives, and related controls.
- Support robotic equipment and integrate new or upgraded automation.
- Work with maintenance and production to solve recurring equipment problems and improve reliability.
- Help specify, install, test, and commission equipment; maintain electrical drawings and controls documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Hands-on PLC programming experience, including writing or modifying programs for manufacturing equipment.
- Experience working with industrial robots and manufacturing automation.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical and control systems in a manufacturing facility.
- Ability to work on-site in Teutopolis. No relocation assistance is available.
- Current authorization to work in the United States. Stevens will not provide employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
