Great, you’ll fit right in with our team who’s here to help you grow. team player with a solid work ethic commitment to providing yourself a future hard working teammate role model exhibiting responsibility desire to be a leader Job Description This position starts out as a General Manager in Training working alongside the Business Owner/Franchisee and the Management Team to learn all aspects of the store, including food preparation, cash register and phone handling, inventory, scheduling, driver dispatch, and budgeting. You will learn all aspects of the job to better understand the roles of each team member while assisting in day‑to‑day operations and helping wherever needed to maintain a fluid flow of business. Provide superior customer service skills, be a hard worker and have availability for all hours of store operation. Scheduling for shifts can range from 8, 10, and 12 hours depending on availability and management needs. Shifts for a fast‑casual/quick‑service restaurant include days, nights, weekends, and some holidays. Qualifications team player with a solid work ethic desire to be a leader 1 year of prior management experience preferred Additional Information Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking for short distances for short durations. Surfaces include ceramic tile, bricks, and linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48 inches. Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table. Lifting Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high. #J-18808-Ljbffr
