We are currently looking for a Program Specialist 1 PMO to join our team in Franklin, TN.This role will be responsible for the project management relating to Connected Car Services. Responsibilities include project management support of new connectivity projects, intake coordination, and change request management. The Connected Car Services Organization is the owner of the connected car business that includes offerings such as Vehicle Telematics, Over the Air Updates, Satellite Radio, etc. Coordination between multiple departments to bring vehicle connectivity to market is a key responsibility for this role.A Day in the Life:Works with various teams including CCS PMO, Aftersales, NTC-NA Engineering, Total Customer Satisfaction, Nissan Digital, Product Planning, and other regional functions to align, track, lead, and maintain connected service projects.Maintains project schedules, ensures clear business/technical requirements and representation from all stakeholders for new service development, key improvements and change requests.
