121 Whittendale Dr, Moorestown, NJ 08057, USA Job Description ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to support one of our operating divisions. This role is a hybrid position with on-site in our Moorestown, NJ office, following a 9/80 schedule: 9 hours Monday–Thursday week 1, day off first Friday with two remote days; week 2: 9 hours Monday–Thursday and Friday an 8‑hour day with 3 remote days. This role is supporting contract management activities in a division focused on ASRC Federal's Defense portfolio. It will serve as the primary contracts point of contact with our customers and is responsible for all aspects of the contract administration life cycle from cradle to grave. Requirements Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of contracts administration experience or an MBA and 3+ years of experience or related activity. Must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance. Experience providing contractual support for proposal teams and managing complex Government contracts including Cost Reimbursable contracts. Ability to represent the company as the prime contact on contracts or projects and interact with internal/external personnel on matters often requiring coordination of activities across organizational lines. Must be experienced with MS Office products (e.g., Word, Excel) and capable of learning and using company‑specific programs. Responsibilities Compliance with contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and functional performance standards to facilitate effective implementation within program objectives and requirements. Counsel and serve as the main resource on all matters of a contractual nature. Negotiate favorable agreements to include NDAs, TAs, contracts, analyze and resolve OCI issues, participate in preparation and submission of proposals and development of bid strategies. Represent the company in matters of contract, pricing, or performance reviews as may be conducted by agencies of the federal government. Ability to foster collaborative working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including Contracting Officers and CORs, Operations, Program Control, Pricing, BD/Capture, Procurement, and HR.
