Childwise ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. Whether you're an experienced RBT or new to ABA, we provide training and support to help you succeed and grow in the field.

No prior RBT certification is required to apply. We provide training and support, and qualified employees may have the opportunity to pursue RBT certification.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Collect and record behavioral data

• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills

• Support children during structured activities and routines

• Build a positive, supportive relationship with each child
  

Compensation & Schedule

• $22–$28 per hour

• Part-time: 15–30 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

• Specific hours will depend on the client and your availability
  

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is a plus

• Previous ABA or behavioral experience is a plus, but not required

• RBT certification is not required to apply

• Patient, dependable, and comfortable working with children

• Ability to follow instructions and implement treatment plans

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
