Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. This position involves working on a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) within a busy Labor and Delivery Unit. The role requires providing care for neonatal patients and potentially floating to pediatric, emergency, adult intensive care units, and medical-surgical floors. The shift is during nighttime hours, every other weekend, with holiday rotation.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) certification; completion of relevant education; minimum of 0 years of experience; located in Illinois or willing to commute to Hoffman Estates, IL; available to start on 08/02/2026
• Preferred Qualifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Float: Float rotation may be required to Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Pediatrics, Emergency Department, Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Medical Surgical floors
• Additional Information: The position is on a busy Labor and Delivery Unit with high acuity neonatal care. Successful candidates will be adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of working night shifts with potential holiday and weekend duties.
