You Are UST is searching for an experienced Project Manager with strong healthcare domain expertise to lead and manage complex technology and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering large‑scale healthcare programs, working closely with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. The opportunity Project Planning & Delivery: own end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for healthcare initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans. Ensure delivery of projects within approved schedule, budget, and quality standards. Manage multiple workstreams across development, testing, integration, and deployment phases. Healthcare Domain Leadership: leverage knowledge of healthcare payer/processes such as member enrollment, benefits, claims, billing, care management, and provider workflows. Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, data privacy, security guidelines). Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable project plans. Stakeholder & Client Management: manage relationships with business sponsors, clients, vendors, and internal leadership; provide status reporting, risk updates, and executive dashboards; drive alignment, manage expectations, resolve conflicts. Risk, Issue & Change Management: identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; manage scope changes through change control; recommend mitigation strategies. Team Leadership & Collaboration: lead cross‑functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, business analysts); foster collaboration, accountability, and high‑performance culture; support team members with clear goals, guidance, feedback. Process & Governance: ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and organizational standards; drive continuous improvement; participate in internal audits, reviews, and client governance forums. What you need Project & Program Management experience (10–15 years overall, significant healthcare projects). Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end SDLC for enterprise applications. Proven experience in healthcare payer/provider systems: enrollment, member & benefits, claims processing, care management, data platforms. Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Ability to manage ambiguity, work under pressure. Highly organized, self‑driven, results‑oriented. Collaborative leader with a customer‑focused mindset. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) preferred. Experience managing offshore‑onsite delivery models. Prior experience with large healthcare clients or insurance organizations. Experience with project management tools: Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and large enterprise systems. Experience coordinating with testing, automation, and DevOps teams. Compensation & Benefits Role Location: Hybrid – Virginia Compensation Range: $88,000–$132,000 Full‑time, regular employees accrue 10 days vacation per year, 6 days paid sick leave, 10 paid holidays, and bereavement & jury duty leave. Eligible for 401(k) with employer matching, medical, dental, vision insurance, and company‑paid benefits: basic life, accidental death & disability, short‑ and long‑term disability.
