Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree: Graduate of an accredited licensed vocational school of nursing.
• Upon hire: Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year of LVN Experience.
• 6 months of Working in a clinical, patient-facing capacity on an interdisciplinary team
