Front Desk Receptionist

A well-established medical specialty office is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional individual to join our team.

·         Experience: 1 year of medical office front desk/reception experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

·         Continuous phone work to follow up on patient referrals

·         Verify insurance eligibility and patient benefits

·         Prepare and maintain both paper and electronic patient charts

·         Manage daily schedules (familiarity with HIS systems is a plus)

·         Enter patient information and handle administrative tasks (filing, faxing, scanning, emailing)

·         Greet and guide patients, providing overflow reception support

Position Details & Physical Demands

·         Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (with flexibility for additional hours if needed).

·         Benefits: TBD.

·         Physical Requirement: This position requires the periodic use of stairs.
