About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Obstetrics Physician for a 2-day assignment in Florida. This role involves 24-hour call, focusing on scheduled deliveries, C-sections, laparoscopic procedures, and ER consults within a trauma facility. The Physician will handle OB 24-hour hotel call with a 30-minute response time, where all calls originate from the ER.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide OB 24-hour hotel call with a 30-minute response time, with all calls coming through the ER
• Manage scheduled deliveries
• Perform C-sections
• Conduct laparoscopic procedures
• Handle ER consults

• Board Certifications: Obstetrics and Gynecology
• EMR: Epic
• Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call Schedule: Out of house 24-hour call
• Patients Per Day: 4-8
• LOA: 2 Days
• Staffing Mix: APP support, no other MDs for these dates
