We are looking for a motivated closer who thrives in a performance-based environment and is confident managing their own pipeline from appointment to close. What Youll Do
- Conduct in-person residential and commercial sales appointments
- Perform on-site measurements and evaluate fencing project needs
- Present solutions, pricing, and proposals directly to customers
- Follow up on leads and close sales in the field
- Manage customer relationships from first contact to close
- Maintain accurate CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and installation
- 35+ years of outside sales or field closing experience
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals in person
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
- Experience in construction, fencing, roofing, or home improvement sales preferred
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must be fully comfortable traveling daily across Southwest Florida (North Port, Fort Myers, and surrounding areas as needed)
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
- $60,000$80,000 base (based on experience)
