Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $85,000-$95,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package
- Manage a portfolio of large, complex real estate accounts (multi-line, multi-location) with a focus on accounts valued at $500,000 or more.
- Collaborate with the large account team to provide exceptional service and support for a diverse book of business.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Apply a generalist approach to account management while leveraging expertise in real estate and LRO (Landlord's Risk Only) accounts.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in all aspects of account management.
- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applied Epic software is required .
- Industry Knowledge : Experience with real estate and LRO accounts is required .
- Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Soft Skills : Strong sense of urgency, detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
