About our property: What you will have an opportunity to do: The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing guests with a welcoming and enjoyable breakfast experience by preparing and replenishing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Set up the breakfast buffet before service begins. Prepare and replenish food and beverage items throughout breakfast hours. Ensure the breakfast area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked. Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with any requests. Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation while following food safety and sanitation standards. Clean and sanitize tables, counters, equipment, and serving stations during and after service. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed. Properly store food items and rotate inventory following FIFO guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, breakfast area, and storage spaces. Report maintenance issues, inventory shortages, or guest concerns to management. Follow all hotel, health, and safety policies and procedures. Assist with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous food service, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred. What are we looking for? Compensation: $17.00 - $17.00 Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
