Job Description

The Solis Chirino Group is looking for a sharp, reliable, and experienced Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for organization, marketing, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with transaction coordination and listing management
\n
• Schedule showings, appointments, and maintain calendars
\n
• Support with marketing efforts ( brochures, MLS input)
\n
• Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors professionally
\n
• Help prepare listing presentations and property packages
\n
• Maintain CRM and client databases
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Minimum 3 years of real estate experience (assistant, coordinator, or similar)
\n
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication
\n
• Proficiency in tools like MLS, Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
\n
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
\n
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and team-player mentality
\n
• Very experienced with complex AI systems and models
\n
