Monday–Sunday
Minimum 3 shifts per week
Priority Shifts Available:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a skilled nursing team in Rhinebeck, NY. This role focuses on providing direct resident care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting nursing staff to ensure residents receive quality care in a safe and comfortable environment.

CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning using safe patient-handling techniques
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and overall comfort
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Document care and services provided according to facility procedures
• Communicate resident needs and concerns to RNs and LPNs
• Follow infection control, safety, and resident care protocols

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of CNA experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong understanding of resident care, ADLs, and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach to care
