YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of this role, Business Process Analyst, are to: Manage and execute the successful application of systems and process improvements, ensuring functionality of all Customer Service Order-to-Bill (O2B) processes and tools to enable the achievement of strategic objectives for the supported brands; Serve as a liaison between the Customer Service O2B organization and IT, translating business needs and capabilities into clear technology requirements and ensuring these are effectively implemented; Monitor system availability and provide day-to-day support and communication to safeguard business process continuity and timely issue resolution; Partner with customer service functions and all relevant stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize initiatives for process improvement and integration opportunities across the supply chain; Execute initiatives for continuous process and system improvement efforts while aligning with long-term strategies, defining business benefits, costs, and ROI together with business groups and IT; Influence business owners to implement appropriate business process improvements, driving adoption of best practices and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement; Drive the development of solutions and assess opportunities for utilizing newly emerging technologies in order to deliver business value and enhance customer and stakeholder experiences; Develop and maintain documentation to support knowledge management of new processes and systems, including standards, training materials, and program governance frameworks; Provide subject matter expertise through project management support for Customer Service O2B and related functions, contributing to special projects and cross-functional teams across North America Customer Service; Enable system readiness by managing and prioritizing IT enhancement and improvement work with strategic business partners, defining urgency, driving on-time deliverables, and communicating effectively to all impacted parties on a regular basis; Independently perform research and root cause analyses of complex issues, participate in the development of potential solutions, and make recommendations to ensure accurate and timely resolution, including support for system conversions, upgrades, issues, and overall system health. WHO YOU ARE Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: Broad knowledge and experience in supply chain operations, marketing programs, and business strategies, enabling you to understand end-to-end value streams and identify impactful improvements; Demonstrated ability to influence across multiple functions and instill trust with business partners, including Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Brand, Finance/Credit, Marketing, Sales, and IT teams; Strong project management capabilities and stakeholder influencing skills, with proven ability to lead or contribute to multiple projects per year and manage a high volume of system changes and enhancements; Results-driven mindset with the ability to understand complex business processes and system interdependencies, develop robust recommendations, and monitor and deliver on critical timelines; Strong collaboration skills with the ability to foster diverse relationships and work effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in business, supply chain, information technology, or a related field; Professional experience (typically 6+ years) in business, industry, supply chain management, or IT-related work, ideally in complex, matrixed, or global environments; Expertise in Bayer’s business processes and systems, including SAP and related tools, or comparable enterprise resource planning and customer service platforms; Experience providing subject matter expertise for system conversions, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives within customer service or supply chain environments; Demonstrated focus on self-development, continuously enhancing your skills to better support evolving business needs and emerging technologies. Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $96,560.00- $144,840.00 .Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
