A Site Director at OBHG is a lead physician that bridges the gap between OBHG s national infrastructure and the unique environment of their local hospital. They oversee clinical operations, foster collaboration between clinicians and hospital staff, and help align team goals with hospital priorities.

In an era defined by physician burnout, staffing shortages, and increasing scrutiny over maternal care outcomes, OBHG Site Directors provide the leadership and continuity that labor and delivery units need. What we are looking for:
- Board-certified OB/GYN with strong clinical experience
- Proven leadership and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to high standards in patient care and team collaboration
- $30,000 Leadership Stipend
