Role: General Counsel Attorney – HOA & Community Association Law

We are seeking a General Counsel Attorney to provide day-to-day legal counsel to homeowners' association (HOA) boards and property management companies. The attorney will advise clients on governance, compliance, enforcement matters, elections, governing documents, and risk management while building long‑term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• esProvide legal counsel to HOA boards and property management companie
• s.Draft, review, and revise governing documents, including CC&Rs, bylaws, rules, and regulation
• s.Advise clients on compliance with California HOA laws and applicable statute
• s.Prepare legal opinions, resolutions, correspondence, and other legal document
• s.Attend board meetings (virtual or in person), including occasional evening meeting
• s.Collaborate with litigation and collections teams when legal disputes aris
• e.Deliver practical legal guidance and maintain strong client relationship
