En tant que Business Intelligence Manager: Tu manages et développes l’équipe BI en structurant et pilotant les activités (Build, Run, Non-Build), tout en garantissant qualité, délais et satisfaction des parties prenantes. Tu optimises l’organisation de l’équipe et utilises l’IA pour améliorer la performance, la prévision et l’efficacité opérationnelle. Tu définis et déploies la stratégie d’outillage BI , rationalises les reportings et pilotes la roadmap ainsi que la performance des outils et des données. Tu assures un rôle de référent en gouvernance Data , en structurant les processus BI et en accompagnant les équipes métiers et IT dans leurs pratiques analytiques. Tu contribues activement à la stratégie digitale en portant les enjeux Data, en anticipant les besoins et en pilotant des projets structurants à fort impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ethias
