**About the Role:**

As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing guidance and support to our nursing staff. **Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage a team of nurses, including RNs and LPNs, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and clinical quality
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
* Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other external partners
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
* Demonstrate expertise in nursing practice, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care

* Current RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois
