ARE YOU THE PRODUCTION MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Management experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or a related construction/service industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of industry standards, installation practices, and applicable building codes
- Professional communication skills

AVERAGE DAY AS A PRODUCTION MANAGER
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with typical workdays lasting 8-10 hours and participation in a rotating weekend on-call schedule , including weekend responsibilities as needed.
In this role, you'll coordinate daily operations for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical installation projects, managing schedules, labor, materials, budgets, and customer expectations. Collaborating with technicians, inspectors, and suppliers, you'll ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently while complying with regulations. You'll mentor team members, address customer concerns, monitor project performance, maintain accurate reports, and promote a culture of accountability and safety.
