Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location in Austin, TX. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Our agile, reliable, and innovative team puts people first, works together, and acts with integrity.

Mon 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM
Tue 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM
Wed 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM
Thur 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM
Fri 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post instructions.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial facilities, including production areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter.
- Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report unusual activity, facility concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts regarding incidents and daily activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
