General Manager OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the opening and operation of a high-volume, fine-dining steakhouse in South Florida.This is an opportunity for a proven restaurant operator who has personally opened a restaurant from the ground up and knows how to build a team, establish systems, and create an exceptional guest experience.ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of the pre-opening and launchRecruit, hire, train, and develop the FOH teamEstablish operating procedures, service standards, and systemsOversee daily FOH operations and guest experiencePartner closely with the Executive ChefManage labor, payroll, inventory, purchasing, vendors, and P&LOversee a sophisticated wine, spirits, cocktail, and beverage programSupport private events and maintain exceptional hospitality standardsIdeal CandidateProven track record of successful new restaurant openingsSignificant fine-dining and steakhouse experienceHigh-volume experience with $3M–$5M+ annual revenueLuxury hotel, resort, private club, or high-end hospitality experienceStrong financial, operational, and leadership skillsExtensive beverage program knowledgeCollaborative leadership style with strong FOH/BOH partnershipKosher experience is highly preferred but not requiredSouth Florida experience preferred; relocation considered for an exceptional candidateCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonusMedical benefitsPaid Time Off
