Honda of Newnan Location: 391 Newnan Crossing Bypass, Newnan, Georgia 30265 Summary: The Xtream Salesperson is responsible for increasing vehicle sales for the dealership by generating sales leads through proper utilization of the Xtream software solution targeting previous customers. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following: Meets dealership sales goals Run daily scrubs to generate effective leads for both the New and Used Sales departments, as well as the Finance department. Greet customers in the Service Drive daily and determine if there are any Xtream opportunities with scheduled service customers’ vehicles. Engages in business development Addresses customer concerns Demonstrate effective follow up and follow through with customers. Utilize the Xtream database to prepare marketing materials for customers. Prepare Xtream reports and metrics as requested. Works closely with sales team, Sales Managers and Service Manager Maintains CSI at or above Company standards Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area Participates in required training Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Follows Safeguards rules and regulations. Desired Education: o GED High School Diploma o Associate Degree o Bachelor Degree o Master Degree o Doctorate Degree Field of Study/Work Experience: o Accounting Automotive o Business o Human Resources o Information Technology Desired Work Experience: up to 3 years o 3-5 years o 5+ years Education/Experience: Excellent sales, negotiating, and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of automotive sales industry. Certificates and Licenses: Valid Driver’s License o Automobile Salesperson License Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Ability to learn and utilize the Xtream software system and the Dealership Management system. Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel. Attendance Expectations: The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and sit. Environment Demands: Duties are performed throughout the premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Due to the nature of the position, may be exposed to various work environments and required to perform a variety of tasks. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. Verbal and Writing Ability: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees. Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
