Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly analytical Data & Product Analyst with strong experience across SQL, product analytics, ETL processes, master data management, and enterprise data governance to support strategic data and product initiatives within the mortgage domain.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytical reports
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and validation scripts
- Partner with product, engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams on data initiatives
- Support ETL validation, MDM frameworks, and governance activities
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support data quality, lineage, metadata, and governance initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases
- Strong experience with:
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- ETL / ELT workflows
- Enterprise Data Governance
- Strong understanding of mortgage business processes
- Experience collaborating across Agile or fast-paced enterprise environments
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytical reporting solutions
- Experience with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms preferred
- Familiarity with Informatica, Talend, or similar ETL tools preferred
