Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in a skilled nursing facility. Experience with Net Health and PCC EMR systems. Assignment Details Schedule: 5 days/wk. Facility size: 99 beds.
