Pay: $21.86 - $27.27/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 3rd Shift
Weekends: Rotating weekends required

Crown Staffing is hiring compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support patient care in a healthcare setting in Somerset, KY. In this role, you will work closely with Registered Nurses and healthcare teams to provide quality care while ensuring patient
comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist RNs with delegated nursing duties for patient care
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directed
• Provide G-tube feedings and related care
• Monitor patients and accurately document care and observations
• Educate patients and families on medications, dosages, and potential side effects
• Collect and report patient information to physicians and nursing staff
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating physician visits
• Take and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, and respirations
• Report any unusual incidents or changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma
• Active LPN license in Kentucky or compact state
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Proof of current auto insurance
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
