Associate Litigation Attorney

We've partnered with a growing litigation law firm in San Antonio that is actively seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Texas-licensed Attorney looking to gain substantial courtroom exposure, manage their own caseload, and work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents. Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings. Conduct legal research and develop case strategy. Communicate directly with clients regarding case updates and legal matters. Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to move cases efficiently. Participate in client consultations and case evaluations. Ensure matters are handled professionally while meeting deadlines. Qualifications Active Texas Bar license in good standing. Approximately 2+ years of litigation experience (strong junior attorneys are encouraged to apply). Experience appearing in court or handling hearings is preferred. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation practice. Must be able to work on-site in San Antonio, TX. Compensation & Benefits $80,000-$120,000 annual salary, depending on experience. 401(k). Paid Time Off. Long-term career growth.
