Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist, Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as a member of our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a quiet environment, and takes pride in creating positive client experience. Position offers full-time hours (37.5 and paid for 40) per week with benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Spanish and English speaking clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service
Support clients with empathy and professionalism during sensitive situations
Communicate effectively with attorneys and staff regarding client needs and concerns
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Perform clerical tasks including processing mail and faxes, scanning documents, and data entry
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and office common spaces

Requirements

Required: 2+ years of experience in an office clerical role
Required: 1+ years of experience interpreting verbal and written Spanish

Preferred

Experience in a law firm, professional office, or client-facing environment

Language

Spanish and English required, with the fluent ability to speak, read, and write in both languages
