Description Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist, Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as a member of our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a quiet environment, and takes pride in creating positive client experience. Position offers full-time hours (37.5 and paid for 40) per week with benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish and English speaking clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service
- Support clients with empathy and professionalism during sensitive situations
- Communicate effectively with attorneys and staff regarding client needs and concerns
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform clerical tasks including processing mail and faxes, scanning documents, and data entry
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and office common spaces
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing when necessary
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Values community involvement and enjoys coordinating and participating in volunteer, outreach, and community events
- Required: 2+ years of experience in an office clerical role
- Required: 1+ years of experience interpreting verbal and written Spanish
- Experience in a law firm, professional office, or client-facing environment
- Spanish and English required, with the fluent ability to speak, read, and write in both languages
