Senior Procurement Manager

To drive cost structures and savings, the full-time remote Senior Procurement Manager will own procurement category strategy, manage RFP processes, and create pricing transparency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product excellence and sustainability goals. Key responsibilities Define and execute procurement category strategies to improve margins and achieve cost reductions Lead competitive RFP processes to secure optimal cost and commercial terms with manufacturing partners Utilize clean sheets for pricing transparency and collaborate with teams to optimize material-to-finished-good transitions Required qualifications 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a consumer goods or retail environment Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams
