Ideal candidates bring strong clinical leadership skills along with a solid foundation in surgical or procedural acute care, enabling them to confidently guide teams through complex patient scenarios often seen in gastroenterology care.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
• Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Previous charge/lead nurse experience.
