Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for a broad patient mix, with a strong emphasis on outpatient pediatric care.
- Deliver therapy services for a variety of diagnoses across newborns to hospice care, with occasional involvement in acute care and swing bed programs as required.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, track progress, and adjust goals in collaboration with the care team.
- Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in a timely, professional manner.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety precautions, and activity modification to support ongoing recovery and function.
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other therapists to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions across settings and services.

Requirements
- Pediatric therapy experience is required
- Ability to provide PT services in outpatient pediatric populations and in acute care/swing bed settings as needed
- No new graduates
- Availability for standard daytime hours Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)
- This is a travel assignment; candidate should be eligible for travel-related opportunities
