Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) for a healthcare facility located in Colorado. This position involves evaluating patients and developing tailored treatment plans to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function. The role is full-time, working a rotating schedule, with shifts totaling 10 hours per day, and a minimum of 40 hours per week. The position is based at a hospitals Valley View Campus in Glenwood Springs, with the opportunity to work at the nearby Willits Clinic in Basalt, Colorado.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, working 4 days per week with each shift lasting 10 hours, totaling at least 40 hours weekly.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in physical therapy, current Colorado Physical Therapist license (or compact for Colorado), at least two years of physical therapy experience (3-5 years preferred), BLS certification through the American Heart Association, and mandatory flu vaccination (no declinations accepted) required from October 1st through April 1st.

• Float: Float rotation may be required, depending on staffing needs.
• Additional Information:
  • The traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility.
  • Out-of-state agencies must register in the Colorado state system to proceed.

  • Position begins on 11/10/2026 and ends on 02/09/2027.
