Location: Columbia, South Carolina | Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 | Compensation: $92,500 – $105,000+

A distinguished and well-established interventional pain management practice in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join their outstanding team. Founded in 2000 and renowned for delivering innovative patient-centered care this practice offers a unique opportunity to work alongside four experienced MDs in a cutting-edge facility co-located with a high-complexity lab and physician-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center. Specializing in conservative and interventional pain management, regenerative medicine, and opioid use disorder outpatient treatment - comprehensive training in interventional procedures is provided making this an ideal opportunity for both new graduates and experienced providers. With a 4.5-day workweek and no nights, no call, no weekends, and no holidays this position delivers exceptional work-life balance and outstanding earning potential.

What You'll Do

You will deliver high quality care in a dynamic high-volume pain management environment - performing thorough patient evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans, and mastering interventional procedures through expert-led training. You will collaborate closely with four MDs, maintain accurate and timely medical records, and build meaningful relationships with diverse referral sources to support continued practice growth. Your commitment to improving patients' quality of life will drive your daily mission in this rewarding and fast-paced setting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $92,500 – $105,000 annually - raise to $105,000 post-training within approximately 3 months
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
• Performance-Based Bonuses - tied to collections

• CME Allowance: $2,500 annually
• Occurrence-Based Malpractice Coverage - covered

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program - required
• Active South Carolina PA license or ability to obtain prior to start - required
• Energetic self-starter with exceptional bedside manner
• Highly organized with proficiency in timely medical record completion
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Orthopedic, neurology, or pain management experience - a plus
• New graduates and experienced providers welcome
