We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Lead Psychiatrist for our clinics in Illinois. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience as a licensed psychiatrist in the state. This position is ideal for those eager to expand their clinical skills beyond conventional medications and psychotherapy, as well as to develop their leadership abilities within a forward-thinking organization.

• Conduct initial assessments and follow-up appointments in line with established practice standards.
• Create and execute treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Manage a patient panel as the primary psychopharmacologist.
• Administer and oversee interventional services, including Spravato, IV ketamine, and TMS.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions using validated tools to inform treatment strategies.
• Provide primary supervision to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Offer secondary supervision to associate therapists.
• Ensure accountability for clinical protocols and practices in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Participate as an investigator in clinical trials involving both psychedelic and non-psychedelic substances.
• Fulfill continuing education requirements necessary for licensure and certifications.
• Timely complete detailed and compliant documentation of clinical care.
• Meet productivity expectations across clinical, supervisory, and administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in interactions with patients and colleagues.

• Active MD or DO license in Illinois.
• At least two years of post-residency experience.
• Illinois state Controlled Substance License (schedules II through V).
• Federal DEA Controlled Substance License (schedules II through V).
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team and lead clinical staff in innovative initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a complex clinical environment.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
• Experience with TMS and ketamine/esketamine is advantageous.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check, including educational and licensing verification.

• Base Salary: $220,000 - $270,000 annually, based on experience.
• Bonus Incentive Program: Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus in addition to the base salary.
