What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care

• Treat sports injuries, post-surgical, and musculoskeletal conditions

• Work with patients from pediatric through geriatric

• Establish functional goals and monitor progress

• Educate patients throughout their recovery

• Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical team members

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients

Mentorship & Career Growth

New graduates will receive structured onboarding, clinical mentorship, and guidance from experienced therapists. You'll have support with clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and developing confidence as a clinician.

Experienced PTs will have opportunities to expand their autonomy, contribute to team development, mentor others, and pursue future leadership responsibilities.

• Physical Therapy License or eligibility for Kansas licensure

• New graduates are welcome
