Assistant Project ManagerThe Assistant Project Manager supports the planning and delivery of site-development and civil construction projects valued from $2 million to $25 million. Working with project managers, field teams, clients, and trade partners, this role helps coordinate schedules, resources, costs, contracts, quality, and safety from clearing through pavement markings.Key responsibilities include:Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination across all phases of site-development workTrack project costs, budgets, production, and other project controlsCoordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other resourcesSupport project accounting, contract administration, documentation, and reportingReview plans and specifications and help maintain quality-control standardsCommunicate with project managers, field teams, clients, and trade partners to keep work progressing on scheduleHelp identify and resolve field, schedule, cost, and compliance issuesPromote and maintain company safety requirements on every projectQualifications include:Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, construction management, construction, or a related fieldAbility to collaborate effectively on site-grading projects valued from $2 million to $25 millionUnderstanding of site-development phases from clearing through pavement markingsStrong organization, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel reliably throughout the regionPreferred: Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Trimble Construction One, Vista, or similar construction-management and accounting softwareCompensation includes:Competitive salaryAnnual bonus potentialVehicle allowanceBenefits include:Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Paid time off401(k) plan with employer matchingMedical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental insurance programsEqual Opportunity Employer Drug-Free Workplace
