QuickBooks Implementation Specialist

Salary: $42,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer candidates who hold a Certified QuickBooks Online Advanced or QuickBooks Desktop ProAdvisor credential.
• We require a bachelors or associate degree.
• We prefer at least one year of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• A business degree or academic background in accounting is strongly preferred.
• We value strong teamwork skills.
• We need excellent time management, multitasking ability, and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• We require willingness to occasionally work after business hours or on weekends to provide support.
• We are looking for a fast learner who is self-motivated and able to solve problems effectively.
• We expect proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• We require strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates must pass a drug screening and criminal background check.

• We provide remote and onsite support for QuickBooks accounting systems.
• We onboard ERP accounting systems into QuickBooks, including data conversion.
• We consult with customers on QuickBooks and bookkeeping questions or issues.
• We deliver go-live and post-go-live support, including assistance with balance sheets, profit and loss statements, inventory adjustments, and related tasks.
• We train users on QuickBooks and configure the software to customer specifications.
