Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) - Home Infusion Tyler, TX | Relocation Assistance Available We're seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a fast-growing home infusion and long-term care pharmacy in Tyler, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role for a pharmacist with infusion experience who enjoys being in the workflow while guiding daily operations and supporting a growing clinical team. Highlights PIC role in a fast-paced pharmacy environment utilizing great automation and state of the art systems Approx. 80% staffing / 20% leadership focus Strong operational and technical support Competitive salary + on call compensation Relocation assistance available (Dallas, Houston, Shreveport, nearby) Requirements Active Pharmacist license (TX or eligible) Home infusion or clinical infusion experience Prior leadership or PIC experience preferred Competitive compensation and benefits, great leadership team and excellent growth potential!
