We are hiring for a Chef de Partie. As a Chef de Partie, you will: Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in your section Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team Support the Sous Chef on daily operation We are looking for someone who: Has a passion for Food & Beverage Enjoys interacting with people Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment Committed to serving food of the highest quality A self-starter and a teamplayer Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language) Willing to work shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr
