Nurse Educator

Mission Health seeks a Nurse Educator for Preop and PACU to design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education that advances perioperative care. You will lead orientation, competencies, and ongoing training for nursing staff, integrating evidence-based practice, safety standards, and new technologies. Partnering with clinical leaders, you will identify learning needs, support quality initiatives, and provide bedside coaching to strengthen skills, teamwork, and patient outcomes across our patient-centered, collaborative environment in Western North Carolina.
