Experienced vet with efficient case management and good surgery skills can make $200k+ in total compensation (salary + benefits) While we are commission based, emphasis is on earning by practicing good medicine and providing the care our patients deserve. Each doctor is assigned an in‑person Scribe to compile all medical notes for quick review Well‑trained nurses and assistants allow doctors to work as doctors Nurses draw blood, place catheters, induce/monitor anesthesia, run diagnostics, etc. Assistants trim nails, cover client education, set up diagnostics, get histories/TPRs, etc. 12 support staff for 2 doctors Extensive formal staff training program ensures that staff are qualified for their roles.
