Job DescriptionJob Description Supply Chain Coordinator (Entry level) Payrate $21 / hourly Horizon was started in 2004 and has rapidly become one of North America’s largest and most well-known private brand marketers and distributors of tires and tire-related products. Horizon has offices and warehouses in Los Angeles, Houston, Memphis, and Qindao, China. We source our products from China, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe. We want a candidate who will be given the latitude to collect and present data in the way that you think is best. This position is on-site at our Irwindale corporate headquarters. This is a unique opportunity to work with many departments and make a difference in an established company. Duties/Responsibilities

• Daily Report Update (ETA, Inventory Report, Order tracking)
• Process PO and Tracking PO status, and on water document checking
• Documents verification, system data entering, internal documents hand-over
• Weekly update and monthly summarize Sales Report for 3 locations
• Collecting and putting 3 location’s container order and shipment plan information
• Communication Sales Department and Purchasing Dept., for shipment plan and ship their DS order
• Collect and arrange data base for analysis
• Other duties as required

Skills / Qualifications

• Experiences in supply chain, data analysis, and operations support
• Familiarity with Excel
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Must self-directed and effective
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• High responsibility
• Mandarin/English bilingual is
