Customer Service Representative - CRM - Spanish

We are seeking a Lead Management Specialist to support Merchant Services. This is a very lead assignment / lead management-heavy role. The team has centralized the majority of their lead flow through Salesforce, so we need someone comfortable working directly in a CRM and managing a high volume of leads. Work Arrangement First month: 5 days/week onsite for training After training: Tuesday–Thursday onsite, Monday/Friday WFH Key Responsibilities Assign inbound/outbound sales leads to Merchant Services reps. Monitor lead queues and review leads for accuracy/completeness. Track lead volume, aging and assignment metrics. Maintain reporting. Partner with Sales Managers on workload issues. Escalate routing/system issues. Work reactively when issues arise while also being an initiator. Required Qualifications 2+ years Lead Management experience. Strong hands-on Salesforce or similar CRM experience. Experience assigning/managing high-volume inbound and outbound leads. Ability to analyze reports, lead volume, aging and distribution. Strong attention to detail/data accuracy. Strong multitasking and organization. Polished written/verbal communication. Able to work reactively when issues arise but also be an initiator. Preferred Qualifications Process improvement experience is a plus. Interview Process Round 1 – MS Teams, camera on Role Focus The biggest priorities for this role are Salesforce/CRM lead assigning and strong Excel skills . The successful candidate should be comfortable managing a high volume of leads, maintaining accurate data, analyzing lead activity and ensuring leads are distributed appropriately across sales teams.
