Project Manager

Owners project management firm is seeking project managers with experience managing the design and construction of institutional projects. An institutional owner is a college or university, a hospital, or a major nonprofit. Candidates must have experience successfully: Managing design and construction projects on behalf of an institution as either an employee or a consultant, Managing the design, construction, and occupancy of at least one project with a value of over $20 million, Preparing, tracking, and managing budgets and schedules, Managing projects in a multi-stakeholder, demanding end user environment Managing multiple projects concurrently Additional consideration will be given to candidates with extensive experience working for institutional owners and to candidates with experience managing projects over $100 million. Candidates’ resumes should include information about individual projects, including the scope of the project, the candidate’s role on the project, and the project’s dollar value.
